Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped from Tampa, Florida via UPS Ground within 2 business days of receipt. UPS Ground shipping transit times vary, but generally run 5-7 business days. Shipping is $9.95 per order for any address in the United States, whether you buy one or more units. Sorry, at this time we're only able to ship to US residents.

- All MYHD online sales are final sales. Should your MYHD product arrive damaged, please contact customer service for resolution.

Q. Is there any bleach in the MYHD Color Removal System?
A. No! It does not contain bleach or harmful chemicals. It is dermalogically tested and skin friendly.
Q. Why hasn’t the product removed all the color from my hair?
A. It is more than likely that your hair has been colored with a semi-permanent hair color. Semi-permanent hair color is commonly used on very dark or black hair colors.
Q. The product removed my hair color but left it orange or yellow looking (gold tones)?
A. This means the color remover has worked on you. The orange or yellow tones left in your hair is from the developer that was used when you colored your hair. This can simply be fixed by either re-coloring the hair to the shade you want to be or using the MYHD Toning Kit.
Q. I used the color remover and it worked the first day but then got darker over the next few days?
A. For the color remover to work it needs to be thoroughly rinsed out of the hair. We suggest rinsing for 5 minutes. When the hair hasn’t been rinsed enough this problem can sometimes happen.
Q. Does MYHD test on animals?
A. Absolutely not. None of our products are tested on animals!
Q. Is there enough color remover in a pack to work on my hair, it is quite long?
A. The Color Removal System bottles contain enough product to do a full head of hair, this will cover hair to a person's mid back. The packaging is resealable so if there is some left over you can use it within 6 months.
Q. Is there anything I can do to help the color removing process?
A. We recommend wrapping the hair in cling wrap during the removing process.
Q. Can I re-color straight after color remover?
A. Yes you can, we suggest you select a hair color 2 shades lighter (ie, if you want to be a 5 select a 7). We recommend waiting 24 hours before re-coloring, your normal selected shade can be used in this case.
Q. Can color remover be used on all brands of permanent hair color?
A. No. While most permanent hair colors are fine to be removed some contain metallic salts and dyes which color remover can not remove from the hair. To find out if your hair color contains metallic salts simply check the ingredients section on the hair color box.
